How do i place an order?

Before you purchase flamma pedals, you can watch the demo video to see if the pedal meet your requirement. Just one click, you can easily pay via fast and secure paypal payment and credit card payment. In case any issue of delivery, please check that you have provided the right information for shipment.

When will the order be shipped?

For US buyer, all orders are processed in 1-3 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order. Shipping may take longer than anticipated,due to the delayed for COVID-19 pandemic.
For oversea orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and other local importation charges. International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-3 business days processing time and 5-10 business days shipping time.
